Salmon Fillets - Fresh or Frozen
Our experienced and highly skilled team here at Highland Farms can prepare whole salmon fillets to your exacting specifications.
Using a combination of state-of-the-art processing equipment alongside traditional skills, we aim to maximise efficiencies resulting in the best quality and yields.
Our fresh fillets are in 20 kg catchweight cases, and our frozen fillets are in either 20 kg catch weight or 20 kg fixed weight cases.
All our salmon is processed in our state-of-the-art BAP and ASC certified processing plant in Cumbria.
