Whole Salmon - Fresh or Frozen

When sourcing our whole fresh sustainable salmon, we work with a select number of farmer partners from Iceland, Norway, and Scotland.

We ensure that all our salmon have been raised in a manner that puts its welfare and the environment first. 

Our Icelandic and Norwegian salmon are both ASC certified, and our Scottish salmon is BAP and RSPCA certified, ensuring that the highest standards of fish welfare and good husbandry are at the forefront of everything that our farmers do.

All our salmon is processed in our state-of-the-art BAP and ASC certified processing plant in Cumbria.

We can supply whole salmon, fully cleaned, with the head on or off.
