Salmon portions are made to our customers exacting specifications and can be requested as:

  • A range of portions from across the whole fillet. (Best yield)

  • Centre cut portions. (No collars or tails, premium specification)

  • Tail portions. (Best value)

Fresh portions, (C – E Trim) boneless, 100g – 300g.
Fresh portions, (C – E Trim), boneless, 100g – 300g, individually vacuum packed, (IVP).

Frozen Portions
Frozen portions, (C – E Trim) boneless, individually quick frozen, (IQF)
Frozen portions, (C - E Trim) boneless, individually vacuum packed, (IVP)

  • ASC, BAP, Organic and RSPCA Certified Salmon available

  • Fresh, packed on ice in 20 kg catch weight boxes
